Installed in my 883C with Progressive brand front springs & a Superbrace.
Turned it into a twisty machine.
These should come factory installed.

I have a Harley Iron 883, after installing the Intiminators I can't say I'm disappointed. Smoother ride, especially over train tracks and big bumps at speed. Small holes and access covers seem to be less noticable. When I lean down and watch the forks I can see a lot more movement than before, the forks are recovering quicker so traction should be better. Thank you for producing a product that works as expected.

Goodbye KLR brake dive	November 18, 2009

After much research I ordered a pair of Intiminators to install under the progressive springs in my '07 KLR. Now the front end soaks up large hits with ease, keeps the front tire stuck to the road and inspires confidence. Best part of all brake dive is virtually gone improving control and feel. As easy to install as changing springs and well worth the money. Thumbs up Ricor!

I've owned a 2008 Harley Davidson Nightster for the last two years and have hated my bike because I could never relax on it and enjoy the ride. Every little crevice in the road and I'd get thrown out of my saddle. It was painful. I just hade the Intiminators installed at Bartel's Harley Davidson in the Marina Del Rey, Callifornia and the service man who installed it put the brake on and Immedietly noticed the difference in the front end suspension and called a few other tech's over to sit on it and try it out themselves. They all came up to me and asked about where they can get the intiminators and I gladly gave them my paper work with their web address. Now I get on my bike and it rides like a Harley Davidson Road King. On the way home I wasn't even looking at the bumps in the road and enjoying the ride for the first time in the two years I've owned it. THANK YOU Ricor! I can't thank you enough for such an AMAZING product. So happy now. Makes all the difference in the world.

I think that these things should come standard on Sportsters. They really do make the fork do its job. There is night and day difference. Before the front end was too soft and bottomed very easily. I have not bottomed it out since the install-and I have a 1200L.

Intiminators in my '09 Harley Nightster	November 17, 2009

Wanting a softer ride on my bike, I purchased new fork springs and shocks with marginal improvement. I felt like I would have to put my factory parts back on to really tell the difference. Adding Intiminators, however, has been totally different. It feels like a different bike such that I have had to get used to the different ride. I can relax going over bumps. The rear shocks even work better. There is much greater bike stability, like there is a gyroscope mounted on the handlebars. I notice less diving on braking and no bottoming out of the front suspension over railroad tracks. I can do the twisty's a lot faster too. I'm happy now with my sportster. I've got a decent riding bike without sacrificing performance.

02 XL1200C intiminators w/ progressive springs.	November 17, 2009

I had progressive springs with 20weight oil in the front which made the bike somewhat stiff up front. I found out about these intiminators through the xlforum. I was skeptical at first thinking they would not work but I bought them anyway after listening to a few reviews I read on the forum. Ricor was nice enough to send a set to one of the members of the forum to try out and his response to them was what made me buy them. I am glad I did. Bumps in the middle of turns are nothing anymore, no more unsteady wobble feeling when you hit a bump in the middle of a turn. smaller to moderate bumps are absorbed much better. You don't even realize you go over some bumps because they absorb so much of the bump that you don't feel much of anything in the handlebars. Living just outside NYC and riding through it is a really bumpy ride in many places which anyone who has been to NY will know, which is another thing that makes these intiminators all the more worth it.

The Ricor Intimidators I installed on my 04 Sportster are worth every dollar that I spent for them . They should be installed on every Sportster before they leave the factory . Thank you for making a product that exceeds expectations and makes riding enjoyable.

I read all the product reviews on the XL Forum and decided that I had to try the Intiminators, even though I wasn't unhappy with my front suspension since installing Progressive springs a couple of years ago. Installation was a snap. Perhaps my expectations were too high after reading the other reviews, and expected more, but it is a definite improvement. I have found that brake dive is slowed considerably and that the small bumps are simply absorbed now, with very little feedback in the handlebars. I still get some rebound on medium and larger bumps, but I'm not quite finished fine tuning the oil level and the preload spacers (at 170 lbs, I definitely needed to take some of the spacer out). I would wholeheartedly recommend the Intiminators to improve the handling characteristics of your Sportster's front suspension.

39mm Intiminators on an XL	November 16, 2009

My stock suspension would both bottom out when riding over slow bumps, but not compress enough when going over bumps at speed and rattle my teeth. I really woke up when I had to slam on the brakes at an intersection and literally heard my front tire squealing, skipping over the bumps in the road. Where I live, pot holes and random street bumps are common.

After the Intiminator install, I could dive bomb into those same ruts and not be shooken up. The front wheel, at the same intersection that it skipped while braking, is much more planted now. With the Intiminators, I can now focus on the riding, and not on avoiding the bumps in the road.

I feel that the Intiminators not only enhanced the performance and comfort of the bike, but increased the safety too. Note: I use a straight rate spring that is slightly stiffer than stock with the Intiminators, which isn't required.
